The service
Ketamine Tracker is a web application that helps people track their ketamine infusions, mood, and PHQ-9 scores for personal reference and to share with their care teams.
Not medical advice
Ketamine Tracker is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always follow the guidance of your prescriber and clinical team. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 in the United States.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page; this permanently removes all your data. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that are used to abuse the service.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Ketamine Tracker only for its intended purpose: personal health record keeping. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer the service, access other users' data, or use automated means to scrape the service.
Limitation of liability
Ketamine Tracker is provided as-is. We make no guarantee of uptime or data retention beyond reasonable efforts. We are not liable for decisions made based on data stored in the app. Back up your data using the export function in Settings.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we make material changes we will notify you by email. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance.
